after i took my braids out my real hair decided to...
like A LOT.
I have no idea why because I had my real hair out, rocking the natural look and taking care of it for a long time and didn’t even keep these braids in for as long as i usually do.
My mom said it was probably stress which is ironic because now im really stressed.
This is all magnified by the fact my birthday is coming up.

I drank 4 16floz bottles of poland spring water...
ya know the recommended amount everyone should drink everyday.
I don’t know about you but it was sooo hard for me.I usually drink about 1 bottle a day, if that.
I started this new exercise/diet program and i’m really trying to follow it.
So I made my water count for the day!
*proud of myself*
I could have used a bit more protein to balance out my diet but overall it was a good...
